Customer #2 Harnessing rapid growth while saving costs

With no existing Maintainance Software, this customer required a quick roll out to 13 sites while convincing each site the value of the platform. This roll out also required to keep implementation costs low while being comprehensive at each site. 

I was tasked with ensuring high success, adoption, providing best practices, training and metrics for each of the following sites to be implemented. Our team consisting of the Strategic Account Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer, required to complete demos and commercial processes.

The deadline to complete was 12 months and we completed all 13 sites in 11 months. This was done by mapping out each sites requirements and working closely with our corporate champion.

The result:

  • $250K ARR with 100K upsell of integrations
  • additional $300k opportunity with new division - 11 sites
  • introduction of $500K GEN AI product being demoed
